Studying COSMETOLOGY, you will acquire knowledge and skills in the field of:
- basic medical and health sciences, including: dermatology, anatomy, biology and genetics, microbiology, physiology, hygiene, immunology, allergology, toxicology and health promotion.
- Specialized fields of study, among others: care cosmetology, beauty cosmetology, aesthetic or clinical cosmetology, aesthetics and basics of make-up, diagnostics in cosmetology using the highest class device for facial skin analysis and diagnostics called Lumiscan®, physiotherapy and massage, trichology or podology.
- Using specialist equipment based on new technologies in modernly equipped cosmetology laboratories.
- Problems related to cosmetic products, among others: safety of their use, cosmetic chemistry, cosmetic recipes, ability to design a cosmetic for specific needs, including: selection of raw materials, optimization of composition, manufacturing technology, forms of cosmetic application and methods for assessing its performance.
Career prospects include:
in beauty salons, biological regeneration and massage salons, spa and wellness centers, organizations dealing with promotion of health and beauty, e.g. health resorts and recreation centers, laboratories of cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies, in cosmetic departments of pharmacies, as a research specialist and a trainer in the field of cosmetology as well as an owner of a company in the beauty sector.

Studying MEDICAL STUDIES:
