About the University
The roots of the Casimir Pulaski University of Radom lie in the NOT Engineering School and the Evening Engineering School, established in Radom in 1950. In 1965, the Kielce-Radom Evening School of Engineering was established on this basis, transformed in 1967 into the Kielce-Radom Higher School of Engineering and subsequently into the Świętokrzyskie University of Technology. It began operating independently in 1978 as the Higher School of Engineering, taking the name of Kazimierz Pułaski. In 1996, the name of the University was changed to “Kazimierz Pułaski University of Technology in Radom”.
Over the years, successive university administrations have strived for its continuous development and growing prominence within the higher education landscape of our country.
On 11 September 2012, pursuant to the Act of the Sejm of 27 July 2012, the Radom University of Technology was transformed into the Casimir Pulaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom.
